Award History

Latham Circle Soccer Club created this award in 2005, to honor the memory of one of the club’s most beloved soccer coaches, James H. Bogue. Jim Bogue demonstrated a deep passion for his sport, treated others with kindness, was self-effacing and volunteered tirelessly to help the soccer club. These are characteristics which we wish to recognize in others.

The club is committed to providing two $500 awards each year to both a male and a female graduating senior who meet specific application criterion.  The awards will be presented at the Senior Awards night in May.
